Pinnacle Essex is proud to offer technical services through our Direct Maintenance Group (DMG).  Our team of Corgi registered technicians has over 70 years of combined experience in boiler and pump maintenance.  And as well as commissioning and servicing we are happy to offer consultancy and planning services on any size of project.

 

Swimming Pools

Staff working in this section are CORGI registered, which ensures all gas work completed conforms to national regulatory requirements.
Our swimming pool team can provide the following services:

 

• Commissioning pool in preparation for swimming
• Decommissioning pool when the swimming season has finished
• On site training for testing pool chemistry
• On site training for swimming pool care
• Swimming pool filter sand changes
• Supply and fit replacement liners
• Supply and fit replacement pool covers
• Acid washing
• Servicing of gas boilers (commercial only)

 

Sewage and Pump Maintenance

The services offered by this team are:

• Installation and servicing of above ground pumps
• Installation and servicing of submersible pumps
• Desluding/ tankering waste (waste disposal)
• Maintenance and servicing of sewage treatment works
• Camera surveys
• Gully cleaning
• Interceptor cleaning

 

All our staff are comprehensively trained in the technical aspects of this service. But we also insist they receive confined space and traffic management training to ensure we offer a complete, one stop option to clients.
