Pinnacle Essex is one of the regions leading providers of cleaning and associated services.  We offer both routine and specialist services to a variety of establishments across the whole of Essex and adjoining counties.

Our staff

Our greatest strength is our staff.  We directly employ over 600 staff supported by a team of locally based area supervisors.  Our management team, based in Chelmsford, has responsibility for ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

 

All our managers and front line supervisors are qualified to level 1 and 2 of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) COPC certification scheme and Our Head of Service is qualified to assessor level.

 

Because we care for our staff in a number of ways we have a very low turnover rate.  For example, by providing ongoing training, one to one appraisals and service improvement panels, we can say with confidence that our staff are committed.  This helps ensure service continuity to our customers.

 

Caring for the environment

Pinnacle Essex are pro-active in caring for the environment.  For example we lobby manufacturers to develop environmentally friendly chemicals and use these on all our contracts.  We were also an integral part of helping Pinnacle become ISO14001 accredited.
