Pinnacle Essex offers a one-stop-shop for facilities management services grouped within the following core areas.

 

Cleaning

We provide contract and specialist cleaning services in public buildings such as schools, libraries and social housing. We specialise in kitchen deep cleans, pressure washing, high level cleans, sports halls, carpets, hard and wood floors and communal areas.

 

Grounds Maintenance

Our broad range of services includes grass cutting, hedge and verge trimming, hedge and tree planting, garden clearance and sports field maintenance.  We also provide ‘hard court’ line marking services and general sports field maintenance.

 

Within this part of the business we have a dedicated landscaping team specialising in playground re-design.  Consisting of 6 full-time staff, including a specialist designer, we offer a comprehensive design, build and maintain service.  Pinnacle Essex is also the installation partner for Notts sports surfaces and Cicada Outdoor Equipment Ltd.

 

Direct Maintenance Group

For the swimming pool sector we offer commissioning, filter and boiler maintenance through our Corgi registered staff.  Using similar underlying skills we are able to provide a comprehensive surface water and sewage maintenance service.

Elevate

Our charity, Elevate, aims to bring positive experiences and challenges to disadvantaged youth through sports and physical activity, drama, dance, education and training.
