Much more than a void partnership

On 20 March 2006, Pinnacle Essex started an interim contract with local social housing landlord, Chelmer Housing Partnership, to clear and clean void properties.  With over 6,000 homes in the Chelmsford area and over 400 void properties a year re-letting empty homes to an acceptably high standard is a key business requirement.  Pinnacle Essex is pleased to be able to help CHP turn these properties around quickly by clearing bulk items and cleaning to high standard ready for new tenants move in.
