Pinnacle was established in 1992 and focussed on social housing management on behalf of local authorities and housing associations. Since 1999, we have diversified into new areas of public services including environmental maintenance, Direct Labour Organisations and top team executive search and recruitment.
Pinnacle Essex was established on 1st January 2006 when Essex County Council established a ground breaking partnership with Pinnacle. By transferring 750 staff and £6.5m of business to the new organisation it established one of the largest facilities management operations in the south east of England.
